Much appreciated!

It is nice to see the Crypto Giver token picking up some steam again. Getting some new, diverse revenue streams and just spreading the general awareness of the token.

I have 4 tokens in my wallet...if anyone knows of any person that could use one, let me know. I don't want to hang on too long to them, want to share the wealth or give to those that could use it more.

After all, this is a "giver" token, not a "taker" token

THIS IS THE WHOLE POINT
It normally doesn't amount to much, but you never know where things will end up from simple acts of charity.
The token is not meant to rake in the dough, but to try and encourage more charitable acts in crypto (which are sorely needed with all the scams and negativity generally associated)

As lame as it sounds, I switched from my linux machine back to windows and forgot how to do everything........
Since it's late, I will just provide the details and make it pretty sometime tomorrow

Notes for this week:
1) Thanks to all who provided revenue generating assets. There were a flurry of assets sent in last week, of which all were appreciated

2) My mining rig supporting GIVER payouts is still down.......
Because of the delay in getting it back up and running I sent 0.01 BTC from the capital fund to the payout address, which will be reflected in next weeks payouts. I also will have things back up by that point, since there is no good reason for it to still be down other than procrastination.

In addition to donations, I have been trying to funnel other BTC towards the effort from little advertised services (such as escrow) to build up a nest egg to use as per above or for purchasing more assets

Notes for this week:
- Prohash mining dropped off significantly, which is incentive to get the gridseed rig back up and running. Alternatively, I may start selling a few gridseeds on ebay and putting the proceeds towards payouts instead since home mining is a hassle.

If anyone is interested in slightly used Gridseed orbs please let me know and I can work out a deal on shipping direct

Yea Mintsy ■■■■■■ around the entire week. Instead of 500 MH/s of scrypt I received NOTHING. For the ENTIRE WEEK!!!!! And that's why it's called BETA! lol

Notes for this week

• I removed many of the faucet options above, as nobody was using them other than me (and I haven't used them much in the last two weeks). I noticed moonbit faucet now has multipliers for visiting daily, which I will make an effort to maintain since they can effectively double payouts from an already excellent faucet

• I also donated personally again since the gridseed rig is not reactivated yet......
  I will stop promising it's return, but will promise escalating donations each week until it does come back.

• Finally related though unrelated, I will be introducing a new asset by the end of the weekend as a fundraiser for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease). All token sales will be matched BTC for BTC personally by me and donated in the name of the Gethashing community. Details will be provided in the thread to come

• It seems I set the eobot account for "mining" additional hashrate last week and never set it back to BTC! We have an extra 2.3 GH of hashrate from the error, but it brought to my attention the rate of return on "mining" hashrate has dropped significantly since we started. I set it back to mining BTC and will discontinue changing to "mining" hashrate on the weekends. A friendly heads up to anyone else who uses eobot to also check the math and re-evaluate the strategy as well.

• Coinprism was acting up on me, so I ended up having to send less with payouts than there should have been (0.0001 BTC). Not sure what happened, but the amount outstanding will roll over into next week's payouts.

It's normal that sometimes there is a remainder left behind because of the division of the assets and the amount that you send out. It all depends how the calculations end with some dust amount.

I guess the dividend will get there when it gets there.

Strange thing is I have been shuffling BTC around between my wallets & exchanges with no issues using standard fees (.0001). A good example was the "donation" transaction for this last week since I still don't have up my mining rig in support of payouts. Sent with standard fees and it was confirmed in 20 minutes or so.

Sure normal transactions with a few inputs and a few outputs go through but the dividend payouts are usually a lot of outputs that increases the tx byte size. Check the transaction in ledger and see how much fees is recommended the next time you do a payout use that amount.
