Most definitely. I could invest the time to clean them up and run them for a bit, make sure they actually function. I can guarantee that unless bitmain has someone dust them off they will have a colony of dust bunnies living in them.
I might also look into some hosting options, it might be worth it to get them up and running even if its 5 or 10% after costs.
This is why I am bringing it up for discussion.

We have received 0.157xxxx after maintenance.
This has us writing off 0.431btc if we don't redeem them.
I wish we had a third option. Either convert them at 10:1 or something into another contract OR give us the option to run it at a deficit for awhile if we believe that they will be profitable again. The costs for the S3 are easily taken care of by the other hardware. If I was able to get 8c/kwh I would definitely redeem them and run them at home but my cost for power has them running at a 30% deficit.
