My plan is to do payouts on Mondays. I am completely open to shifting them around if anyone has a suggestion that seems better.

I see we picked up another block reward last night (at the 'donation' address). Woot!
Also, I noticed that you've changed the donation to 100%. I assume that it's easier to just sweep the 25/75 split from a single address each week, since the donation it splitting block rewards rather than total reward amounts?

Actually that "reward" from last night is the scraping into the donation address so I can process payouts

And yes, due to the way the donation functionality works we set it to 100%. It didn't make sense to have rewards sent to different addresses when we would have to manually split them anyway. This way we won't have to handle the MN wallet directly except for updates. I edited the OP earlier to include that information.

We received 2 rewards this period, so things seem to have stablized a bit in terms of our expected scheduling. We have also changed the "donation" to 100% since it was not splitting reward amounts like we expected and we'd rather not have to scrape from the MN wallet in order to do payouts. Even though we won't get the automatic maintenance math, we do still get the security of the MN wallet being offline.

For now, I am personally acting as the exchange at the best rate from the major 3 listed above. This means there are no exchange or transfer fees charged on the rewards. If anyone has an objection to this, I can certainly perform an actual sale, but if there is no objection, I'm willing to buy the DASH at the best rate so we can avoid un-necessary fees on the payout. I'll do that as long as I'm able, but it's not a guarantee, so we may incur the exchange fees in the future.
