PayCon Raspbian packages are being build right now.

Repository with changes to get them build can be found here.

Release v1.5.0

I have no spare Raspberry Pi to test these so please if someone can test them for me.

It built just fine on my odroid with Ubuntu 14.04. What needed changing for Raspbian?

It builds fine but the buildpackage of debian is rather restrictive in what you need to specify to build deb packages. And my jenkins instance has been acting up with building those packages.

I wish I had time to get involved in this right now, I love what you can do with a RPi plus this is the crypto world. Hopefully things will slow down a bit some time before August and I'll swing back this way to check in. Just wanted you to know that it sounds cool @Daffy thanks for getting into it.

No problem I got the resources to build those fast using crosscompiling. I did that for the other unnamed coin too.

nice, I haven't had as much time to do much stuff with raspberry pi but seems like the whole Crypto world is moving to the pi. I've been focusing mainly on the coding more than anything, the litestake that was introduced makes PayCon ideal for raspberry pi as they consume such a small amount of power.

They really are excellent little devices. I've moved my wallets from rPis to a single Odroid U3 (bit more expensive, but more wallets per host, and compile times are far better). I'm planning to pick up some rPi2s soon for various projects as well.

The only potential drawback for the rPi is that the UI absolutely pegs the machine, but honestly, wallets are better without a UI.

Some remarks about the paycon github. It would be good to tag the release with the version number git tag v1.5.0 at this moment there is no tag to be found on the whole repo.
