I have an deal with seller of the 25000Qasics which is hold by Ozmaster.
Ozmaster told me on 21th August Escrow has started and on 23th August showed up balance with 5.3btc
I have started sales for the account and due I was in holiday on this weekend I have send over to Escrow address first payment for account on 24th August.

Now seller want the payout from the 23th August or the deal is canceled.

At this moment I talk with seller and Ozmaster about a solution.

May be ASIC SHARE COIN holders has also an idea?

If you didn't pay until the 24th, and the balance appeared on the 23rd, then the seller still owned the account at that time and deserves the balance.

I guess you could ask to half the 5.3 btc..

What were the original terms of agreement?

I think it's better to just accept that they still held ownership of the account as nothing had been payed until the 24th.

I do think dividends should be payed out for the btc that was not a part of that 5.3 btc asap.
