I still want to do the "Muggle Relief Fund" I mentioned earlier, I don't suppose you guys would be able to help with some kind of list of who it could help the most? I could do 250k, probably not more though because I don't know how many CON holders would/could contribute and it's starting to get quite expensive to buy.

How would I know about a picture allegedly taken in a city in Mississippi I have never been to, in front of equipment I have never seen, by a company I did not work for at the time the picture was taken or created?

I think the best way to prioritize the funds would be to ask for wallet addresses. It should be fairly apparent who's been faithfully buying to hold, and who's been pumping and dumping. It's not a perfect system (because web wallets), but the block chain doesn't lie.

I agree but not everyone has their coins in the qt wallet. Finding a better solution is going to be hard. I was thinking on how to do this but cant find a logical answer. I hope you guys have your thinking caps on cause mine is in the washing machine apparently

While I think this is an awesome and noble idea, there's something to consider. Once the 'authorities' make their presence known and things start moving forward, a 3rd party "relief effort" may complicate things for all parties involved. It will also be near impossible to accomplish a relief effort that will properly make everyone whole (or even nearly whole) without some sort of major intervention (ie. judicial).
