Would a market place be OK in this forum?

@keymaster I can't wait to see what others have for sale. Thank you for adding the marketplace! Maybe we can have a seller reputation thread or scoring system as well to aide the community when doing business transactions with one another.

I'm currently setting up the marketplace and some sub-categories.

One question remains, should we allow for BTCjam and other loan seeking listings?

We'll be also adding some sub-categories today. There is two ways we can go about that. Number one would be a sub-category structure similar to

Marketplace -

• want to buy
• want to sell
• want to trade

An alternative would be

Marketplace -

• hardware
• software
• coins
• audio & video
• ...(and so on)
• miscellaneous

What says you?

Well it depends... If its for a long run and everything even the kitchen sink is fairgame, then you should do specific category, if you want to stay in cryptostuff (miners, coin, etc) then Buy Sell Trade should be sufficient .

Add 'Loans', and possibly 'Services' or 'Hiring/For Hire'? There are plenty of good crypto- and web-developers out there that want some work, or that someone wants to hire.

Could you put up minimal requirements to post something in the market place like location what escow to be used etc... I usually had to ask the location in other forums shipping overseas is usually too expensive so If a minimum of information is provided it would help the seller and buyer a lot.

I can vouch for @taylan as well. He handled a couple of deals for me and was always professional and thorough--although his prices increased dramatically from the first to the second deal!

I'm open to do escrow as long as it's not ZC accounts since they've become a pain in the rear to sell and escrow.
