I got my 2 units in - thanks @MadMacs. At first I thought they were DOA as I could get into the units via the GUI, but they never would hash and Hardware Version just kept reading x.x.x.x. After flashing to newest bitmain cgminer, breaking one open and changing out sim cards, trying alternate power sources to no avail. I remembered something. DUH, I forgot to include the MAC addresses in my include list on my router. DOH. Hashing away since.
Well, it was a Disney Cruise so let's just say "All of it"
